Hobbies of mine include hiking, biking, mountain climbing, kayaking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, reading and writing. Give me a call so we can begin to look at what Franklin County has to offer you!
I have been living and raising my family in Franklin County for the past 15 years. Much of my time has been spent working as a renovator and custom painter. Giving back and being involved with my community has always been a priority; whether serving as a parent volunteer for my children’s school and sporting events or volunteering as a leader for my church's youth group.
I work hard to know what is going on in our area and the real estate market, as a whole. Being informed means I can do a better job for my clients. My clients trust my judgement and experience as a buying or selling broker. I am a million dollar seller with small town values. Please give me a call so I can help you with all your real estate needs. I look forward to helping you make your home dream a reality.

I was born and raised in Wilton and have continued to reside in Franklin County, minus a few short years spent in Augusta, giving me vast knowledge of the area! I previously worked at County Seat Realty as an office assistant, giving me a good foundation in the real estate world. After spending the past few years working as an Insurance Agent, I decided it was time to get back into real estate, this time as an agent! I am ready to help buyers find the perfect property; whether it is their dream home, a piece of land to build on or maybe even a rental property. And I’m looking forward to helping sellers with the sale of one of their most valuable assets. I strive to provide my clients with the best buying/selling experience possible. Good communication and attention to detail are just a few key pieces in making that happen!
I am also offering property management services through Boynton’s LLC. Do you have a property you’d like to rent but you don’t want to deal with the hassle of finding tenants, collecting monthly rent and those late night calls when something has gone wrong? Let me handle all of that for you and more!
So whether you’re buying, selling or need property management services, please give me a call today at 207-778-1842. I’m ready to start working for you!
I grew up in Farmington and am proud to once again call this beautiful area of Western Maine my home. My husband and I returned to Farmington to raise our daughters and build our new home in this wonderful community. When not working at County Seat, I can be found running my families apple orchard, skiing and volunteering at Titcomb Ski Slope in the winter, enjoying our beautiful lakes in the summer or attending local school activities.
I am very excited to work with and guide you through all your buying or selling real estate needs and can be reached at County Seat Realty on 186 Main St in Farmington at 207-778-2755 or 207-242-3445. I so look forward to hearing from you!
