Katahdin Lodge is well known in Maine's Southern Aroostook County region since 1970! Has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Property also has 2 larges garages and a barn. Main Lodge can comfortably sleep 20 guests with 9 more in the rental cabins. The lodge sits on 28 acres of hardwood stands with natural spring with 12 additional acres across the street. 40.51 surveyed acres of trails systems for hiking and atving throughout the woods and 50ft Right of way to access Hale Pond and the states expansive atv trail system. Hale Pond is secluded wilderness lake perfect canoeing, kayaking and fishing. Owners have maintained the buildings and land well.
