Great little place to open a hardware, and a garage on the left !! Upstairs needs to be gutted and painted, and it need a roof!! The house is solid , just needs some TLC !! The home is right on Main Street in Sherman !!
Use the garage, put a hardware store in and garage is the left . Then remodel upstairs and live there !! Up back has mailbox from the past years and upstairs had a wheel. Nice piece of history and the river is down the road to fish .
