This will be a great project! Home is in very bad condition and was left with contents inside. Visualize this place fixed up! Spacious rooms, good size and sunny kitchen, lovely village setting and close to area trails for snowmobiling, biking and hiking. . Sugarloaf is 15 miles away and Farmington is a 25 min drive. Yes, it needs a lot of work but will be a lovely home again.
